We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps & Cloud Engineer to design, secure, and manage the cloud infrastructure powering our next-generation HRMS SaaS platform. This role is responsible for maintaining a reliable, scalable, and secure multi-environment AWS infrastructure across Development, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
You will play a critical role in building and optimizing enterprise-grade cloud operations, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, system reliability, and security practices within a fast-growing multi-tenant SaaS environment.
Manage and optimize the company’s AWS cloud infrastructure across multiple environments
Design and maintain scalable multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure with auto-scaling, load balancing, failover, and cost optimization strategies
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS deployment tools
Configure and secure networking infrastructure, including VPCs, subnets, routing, VPNs, firewalls, and DNS management
Manage Cloudflare configurations for DNS, CDN, SSL, and WAF services
Perform Unix/Linux server administration, including patching, monitoring, hardening, backups, and performance optimization
Implement and manage IAM policies, Secrets Manager, SSL/TLS security, and access control best practices
Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, and Prometheus
Support high-availability and disaster recovery planning and implementation
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using Infrastructure-as-Code practices
Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient deployment workflows
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, system bottlenecks, and cloud performance challenges
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure for SaaS or large-scale cloud environments
Strong experience with AWS services, including EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, EFS, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CodeDeploy, and Security Groups
Proven experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins
Strong knowledge of cloud networking, including VPCs, VPNs, route tables, NAT, firewalls, and DNS configurations
Strong Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting experience
Experience managing Cloudflare services, including DNS, CDN, SSL, and WAF configurations
Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM management, SSL/TLS, infrastructure hardening, and monitoring automation
Experience with AWS Lambda and Secrets Manager
Strong troubleshooting, system optimization, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or containerized environments
Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
Exposure to AWS SNS/SQS and serverless architectures
Understanding of PDPA and ISO27001 compliance practices within cloud environments
Experience implementing CIS Benchmarks and cloud security best practices
Strong documentation and communication skills
Build and manage enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure for a growing HRMS SaaS platform
Work within a modern DevSecOps and cloud engineering environment
